IB Teacher Expertise

The International Baccalaureate Organization provides thorough and ongoing professional development to education and equip all IB teachers to develop, organize and deliver high quality education. IB trainings are aimed to support the professional growth of teachers and administrators, to transform classroom practice and student learning, and cultivate enduring communities of learners. The IBO requires teachers to attend a subject specific workshop upon beginning a new class and additional reoccuring trainings every 5 years as curriculum is updated.
